Iggy and The Inhalers
Asthma can be manageable with medication, but without comprehensive education, asthma is often poorly controlled. Booster Shot Media independently created a multimedia asthma education program to provide engaging, accurate, and up-to-date content to teach kids essential information about asthma before, during, and after a clinic visit.

Iggy and The Inhalers received a 2016 “Best of Show” award from the National Health Information Awards. The project was also the 2015 winner of the "multimedia category" in the American Public Health Association’s annual PHEHP Public Health Materials Contest.

Iggy and The Inhalers has been the subject of a research study published in the Journal of School Nursing. In this public-school study, asthma knowledge increased significantly after educational intervention (p < .001) and this increase was retained at the one-month follow-up (p < .001).
